Girls Camp

I just got back from girls camp last Thursday!!! It was SO fun!!!!! We went up to bear lake!!! Sadly we only of to boat one of the 3 and 1/2 days that we were there. It was still SUPER fun!! We learned how to make these SUPER cute and easy bracelets out of string...they are SO cute!!!! On the first day we pretty much just got settled in and made bracelets. Tuesday we got up...later than planned...and walked down to this grassy area were this guy...Uncle Stan...told us some REALLY neat stories about his life and about times when his life had been saved while he was serving in the Vietnam war and about how he found his wife and how they met eachother. It was SUCH. a
cute story!!!!! He was a REALLY good speaker and his stories were REALLY cool. Afterwards we came back and just played games and sang camp songs. Then Wednesday we all got up early and went out ok the lake!!! Now for those of you who have never been to Bear Lake it is SO SO SO COLD. It is THE COLDEST lake I have ever been in. But it was still fun!! We were on the lake by about 9:30 -10:00 am.We were all boating or just hanging out on the beach until about 4:00-5:00. Sadly all of he girls either didn't put any sunscreen on at all or we just put some on in the morning and forgot to put it on the rest of the day. By the end of the day we were all FRIED CRISP. Literally.All the girls were groaning and moaning...I'm pretty sure that everyone had a tough time getting to sleep that night. Haha!!! That night our Bishop came down and played games with us and we had testimony meeting. It was really cool. I LOVED it. After testimony meeting we found out that there were 2 skunks roaming our camp...ooooh crap. we were all so scared that we went straight to bed. I'm surete leaders were happy. Haha!! Thursday morning we cleaned up and headed home...but before we left town we all got rasberry shakes....mmmmmm. They were DELICIOUS!!!!!! I had a WONDERFUL time at girls camp!!!!!

Summer Fun

Hey!!! So...after my AMAZING experience at oakcrest I got to go my cousins grandma's house. She lives by a lake and so my cousin invited me and her friend and another cousin to go down there for a few days and just have fun being girls!! So we went and had a BLAST!!! we got there went down to the lake and layer in the sun for a couple hours...played in the water...skipped rocks...then we would go back to her house and eat dinner and play games. Well...one night we watched Leap Year. And now that is one of my most favorite shows ever!!!! it is just SO cute and funny!!! On the last day each of our families came down and we all went boating!!! It was SO FUN!!! I found our that I don't really like tubing on the hot dog tubes...and I hate paddle boats!!!! it was still SUPER fun!!
After hanging out with my cousins for a few days I got to go to the Manti Pagent with my Young Womens group. We had SO much fun!!! we drove up there Friday morning then we went swimming and ate dinner at this REALLY tasty pizza place. Their pizza is BY FAR THE BEST pizza I have EVER had!!!! Then we went to the Manti Pagent and we all LOVED it!!! We got some REALLY cute pictures but for some reason I can't post them...it makes me rather sad. Anyways we all had fun and LOVED it!!!

Oakcrest

About a month ago I had the oppertunity to go to a girls camp called Oakcrest. It is a Utah thing. It was SO much fun!!! And it was also. WONDERFUL learning experience for me. I got to meet and become friends with 7 other girls from the Salt Lake Valley. It was A TON of fun!!! I LOVE all the girls that were in my cabin with me...especially my AMAZING counselor...Skittles!!!!! She was SO nice and funny!!! She was also really spiritual..that's what I love about her!!! I had a BLAST at Oakcrest and I CAN NOT wait to go next year!! :):) Thanks to everyone who made Oakcrest SUPER fun and AMAZING!!!

Hey everyone!!! Sorry I have been SUPER busy with school and finals and CRT's and that nonsense!!! But...thankfuuly...its all OVER!!! and pretty much the rest of school
(which consists of a whopping 1 day) is PARTAY!!!! yup!!! I am SUPER happy!!! PLUS..today we got our YEARBOOKS!!!! That just made my day all the BETTER!!! it was GREAT!!! I am SO ready for summer...but I am gonna miss seeing all of my FRIENDS!!!! And i just found out that.....like one of my bestest friends..ELYSIA....is MOVING BACK TO UTAH IN A FEW WEEKS!!!!!! AAAGGGHHHH!!!!! I also found out that one of my other bestest friends moving AWAY from me in a few weeks!!!!! i am SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO (x 1 billion) sad!!!!!! I am going to miss her SO SO SO SO much!!!! i will still be able to talk to her and hang out with her and all that jazz so that's good....but still!!!! So other than that tiny little detail my life is fantabulous!!!

The Movies!!

I went to see The Princess and the Frog with my 2 way good friends...Melissa and Amanda. It was a REALLY good show!!! I absolutely LOVED it!!!! It was really funny, and cute. Oooh...and it was kinda weird. But it was still really good!!

BASKETBALL!!!!!!

Hey everyone!!!
My Jr. Jazz basketball team had a game tonight... actually we had 2...in a row!!!! NUTS!!!! Not only that, but one of our players got in car accident like 2 weeks ago and another one of our players sprained her knee at our last game. We were TERIFFIED.. LITERALLY. Also we haven't won a game the whole season...sad I know. So this is how the games went: We played pretty good our first game (but we lost)...then we were REALLY tired. Then we started our second game and we did AWESOME!!!! (I don't meen to brag...its true) the score ended up being: 22 to 7.
YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! (we were 22) And we thought we would do HORRIBLE!!!! Our coach says that we should have 2 games in a row all the time. I am SO SO SO happy!!!! (in case you can't tell!!)

I finished THE BEST book EVER!!!!(well one of them) It is:The Hourglass Door.
It is SO CUTE!!!!!!I reccommend it to EVERYONE!!!!!I'm SO excited Cause the sc=econd one is coming out this SUMMER!!!!!!!!!YAY!!!!!!!!!
